Mac & Nelli’s leased 4,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Harper Hill Commons located at 5049 Country Club Road in Winston-Salem, NC. Charles Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The American-style restaurant joins other tenants in the Harris Teeter-anchored shopping center including 9 Round, Catha Karate, Score More Sports, 18 Malaysia, 9 Round, State Farm Insurance and Elegant Tresses.
TANtalizing Tanning and Spray Tans leased 1,900 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Socastee Commons located at 5022 Dick Pond Road in Myrtle Beach, SC. Charles Neil and Logan Winslow represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in Socastee Commons include: Cricket Wireless, Advance America, Jackson Hewitt and Great Wall Restaurant.
Tanglewood Tobacco & Vape leased 1,242 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Tanglewood Pavilion shopping center located at 3850-3855 Conlon Way in Elizabeth City, NC. David Bickford represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Tanglewood Pavilion is anchored by Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, and includes Kay Jewelers, Rack Room Shoes, Cato Fashions, Sleepy’s, AT&T, Regal Nails, and more.
Milan Laser leased 1,220 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Wendover Village located at 4203 West Wendover Ave. in Greensboro, NC. Mattress Firm renewed its lease for 4,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed North Hampton Market located at 6003 West Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors, SC.
