Mount Pleasant Town Center in Mount Pleasant SC, a 450,000 sf. open-air lifestyle center. Cobalt Partner, Daniel Owen, was part of the Madison Marquette team that was engaged by DRA Advisors’ Value-Add strategy to re-position and update the tenancy of the property. Cobalt Partner Kent Lilley directed the leasing for this very successful re-positioning program.
